With a B.A. in linguistics and a master’s degree in higher education from the University of Minnesota, Kaitlyn Hendrickson has a depth of knowledge in education and language. Her graduate studies afforded her the opportunity to deeply explore many Paideia-related themes, including the areas of student development, public engagement, leadership, and student mental health. She is licensed to teach English as a Second Language and has served as a volunteer at the nonprofit Center for Teaching and the Sojourner Project. Before joining SNF Paideia, Hendrickson streamlined course scheduling procedures and created specialized data reports to inform programming decisions in an academic operations coordinator role at Drexel University.
