Ketterick Waddell

Communications and Social Media Assistant

Ketterick Waddell is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Arts Entrepreneurship. He also received a Master of Arts in Media Studies and Production from Temple University. Prior to joining the SNF Paideia team he served as a development intern with the Greater Columbus Art Council, as well as a writing fellow with Just Media. His research and writing is a critique of mediated communication and the cultural milieu of late stage capitalism from an intersectional lens with a focus on media, humor, love, community, and praxis. Outside of his academic and professional endeavors, he is a multidisciplinary artist with a focus in photography, filmmaking, screen printing, and painting who is active in multiple queer artistic communities around the United States. As a communications scholar, and visual artist, his academic and professional background is directly aligned with the four pillars of the SNF Paideia Program. Waddell is excited for the opportunity to utilize his research, writing, and visual arts skills towards academia.
