Mason Pelletier-Biggs

Mason Pelletier-Biggs is a student in The Wharton School hoping to concentrate in Behavioral Economics with a minor in French and Francophone Studies. Growing up in rural Massachusetts, he frequently encountered political disagreements within his family and community. These experiences sparked his curiosity about why many conversations break down and how more thoughtful, productive dialogue might be fostered.

Alongside his academic interests, Mason has been deeply involved in the performing arts. He has participated in numerous theater productions, musical performances, and dance competitions, all of which have shaped his appreciation for collaboration, expression, and community-building. On campus, he continues this passion as a member of the Penn Glee Club and Soundworks Tap Factory.

Mason is excited to be part of the SNF Paideia program, having been inspired to apply after speaking with past fellows. Through the program, he hopes to explore how dialogue functions within business and creative environments and how stronger communication practices can lead to more effective and inclusive decision-making. He believes the program will equip him with the tools to facilitate meaningful conversations and contribute to more constructive discourse in professional, personal, and creative ways.
