Hyniff Collins

Hyniff is studying history, political science, and modern middle eastern studies in the College. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Hyniff attended Freire Charter High School. At Penn, he is on the board for the Black Pre-Law Association, is a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, and a dancer for Onda Latina. Hyniff enjoys writing and reading and considers himself a poet and writer. He is an avid scholar of politics and aspires to be a federal attorney, in preparation for a position as senator of Pennsylvania.

Hyniff is the eldest of six, with four younger sisters and one younger brother. He hikes and enjoys outdoor physical activity, though his favorite season is winter. One of Hyniff’s hobbies is learning languages. He is currently learning Persian, Arabic, Mandarin, and Spanish.
