Jill Katz

Communications Director

Jill Katz is Communications Director at the SNF Paideia Program, where she leads the development of multichannel strategies to drive engagement and elevate the program’s visibility. She oversees print and digital communications, brand strategy, design, and media relations, providing guidance for a variety of communication needs from the website and social media to print materials and signage.

Previously, Jill served as Director of Marketing and Communications at the Institute of Contemporary Art at the University of Pennsylvania and as Marketing Manager at the Jewish Museum in New York. She also contributed to accessibility initiatives at both institutions and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Her nearly 20 years of experience at the University of Pennsylvania, along with earlier work as an arts educator and as a writer and researcher for ARTnews, inform her strategic and creative approach.

In addition to her communications work, Jill is a meditation practitioner trained through the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. She holds certifications in sound therapy and mindful leadership and has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jill holds an MA in Art Education from New York University and a BA in English and Art from Syracuse University, along with coursework at the International Center of Photography.
