Madison Donelson is a student in the Wharton School and plans to concentrate in Finance and Healthcare Management. She is passionate about using business to improve health outcomes and drive innovation in the life sciences space. During her time at Penn, she hopes to explore the intersection of finance, healthcare, and social impact, with a focus on increasing access to care and resources for underserved communities.
She joined the SNF Paideia Student Advisory Board to help strengthen the student voice in shaping academic programs, wellness initiatives, and dialogue-centered events on campus. As an active member of Wharton’s Successful Transition Entrepreneurship Program (STEP), she has had the opportunity to work with students from a wide range of backgrounds, which has given her a deep appreciation for the power of inclusive, community-driven leadership. She values Paideia’s mission to promote wellness, citizenship, and dialogue and sees the board as a chance to help ensure that student perspectives are reflected in key decisions.
At Penn, she is also involved with organizations like BlackGen Capital, Wharton Undergraduate Cohort Directors, WUFFA, and PUBS, where she continues to explore her interests in finance, healthcare, innovation, and leadership. Through these roles and her work with Paideia, she hopes to contribute to a more connected, inclusive, and supportive campus environment.
