About the SNF Paideia Alumni Mentorship Program
Building Connection Through Mentorship
The Alumni Mentorship Program is a new intergenerational lineage program that connects SNF Paideia Fellows and alumni across all years. LIN Groups are designed to foster connection, mentorship, and a sense of belonging within the Paideia community—during your fellowship and beyond.
- Participants are grouped into “Lineage” or “Lin” groups—small cohorts that include 2–3 current students (sophomores, juniors, and seniors) and approximately 5 alumni.
- Commitment can take many forms, and each LIN group is encouraged to shape what that looks like together, based on everyone’s interests and availability.
- Participation is completely optional, and we welcome all who are interested in building community across generations of SNF Paideia Fellows

SNF Paideia wasn’t just an academic opportunity—it was a community that supported my growth with purpose. It gave me the confidence to lead, to build meaningful relationships, and to take care of myself while caring for others.
Anusha Mathur (C’25) is a journalist currently doing a post-grad internship on climate and environment at The Washington Post. She has been a magazine intern at POLITICO, as well as a digital platforms intern at MSNBC. She majored in English and Creating Writing, with minors in Journalism and, at Wharton, Consumer Psychology. She is a recipient of the 2025 Nora Magid Mentorship Prize given to students who show exceptional ability and promise in writing, reporting and editing. given in partnership with the Center for Programs in Contemporary Writing, The Daily Pennsylvanian, and Kelly Writers House.
