Please join us for our Dialogue x Wellness spring workshop series where community practitioners present opportunities for connection, reflection, and skill-building at the intersection of dialogue and wellness.
Have you ever avoided an important conversation because it seemed too stressful? Or, been so overwhelmed by a recent interaction that you’re not quite sure how to recover? Maybe you’ve found yourself holding back from saying what you really mean, or speaking up at all, because you feel nervous, shy, unclear or somehow tongue tied? These all too common dialogue challenges (and more) can often be traced to subtle physical needs… and overcome through embodied awareness practices.
In this workshop you’ll learn skills for listening to your body and engaging with clear presence before, during, and after the dialogues that matter to you.
If possible, wear clothes that are comfortable for resting and gentle movement, but come as you are and participate only in the ways that feel good to you.
Lunch will be provided.
