About the SNF Paideia Ambassador Program

A Cross-Campus Initiative

The SNF Paideia Ambassador Program partners with 12 Penn centers and departments, each nominating one student to serve as a liaison between their center and SNF Paideia for a one-year term. Ambassadors receive training in facilitation, organization, and collaboration, and together form the SNF Paideia Advisory Board. The program aims to expand opportunities for dialogue and civic engagement, deepen cross-campus partnerships, foster collaboration, and offer meaningful leadership and development experiences to students.

Program Goals

Expand Dialogue & Civic Engagement:
Create more spaces for undergraduate students to engage in meaningful dialogue and civic work.

Strengthen Campus Partnerships:
Deepen collaboration and share resources across departments and centers.

Foster Collaboration:
Encourage more cross-campus and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Broaden Student Involvement:
Offer engagement opportunities to students who did not join SNF Paideia as first-year Fellows, including transfer students.

Support Development:
Provide Ambassadors with professional and personal growth through training in facilitation, organization, and collaboration.
